techdifficultyThat’s a question I’m getting a lot lately.  And to be honest I’m not really sure what I can do about it.

Here’s what I can say.  When you see that message take solace in knowing we haven’t been compromised.  It seems all the help from Bluehost and WordPress from the last time is really helping. (Thanks guys!)

So what’s really going on?

It seems that the Lodge is being hit by BlueHost’s “Throttling Hammer.” Yep, you heard right the dreaded “Throttling Hammer”.

I’m not sure what is the exact cause and am looking into seeing what can be done.

It might be It might be related to a new Wordpress Plug-in that helps with dwnloading and streaming the podcast though the blog.

Or could be just the fact you guys are so AWESOME! and have accessed the RSS Fead for over 10,825 times in the last 72 hrs.

Not to mention accessing the Episode 11 a whopping 4,016 times in the last 72 hours using up 113,214,763KB (yes, KiloBytes) of bandwidth in just 2 days.

So please, take this as a very sincere and humble thank you. :) Thanks for making this thing so much fun to do each week.

So we’re looking into the different causes and solutions.  I’m reaching out to BlueHost to see what we can do to resolve it.  In the meantime, please bear with me as I work on fixing it.

Thanks again for being an awesome community and your support!

You guys are truly awesome!
