THL_300pxWe had another awesome show this week.  Actually, what made it even better was last week.  Yep, we completed the ItCameFromThePodcast Multicast, and gave away lot’s of really cool prizes. We also had the absolute best time and honor interviewing Kristin Lindsay of Child’s Play.  But that’s not the only reason it was so completly awesome! Nope not at all.

The main reason it was the best week ever, is learning that you guys like the show enough that I’m having to shop for another sister site for The Hunting Lodge Podcast.  The emails and response we got from you guys was amazing!  I have to admit, it’s completely awesome seeing how you guys are in the driver’s seat. And Daewin and I are just along for the ride chatting it up as we go along.  But that’s enough chattering, let’s get to this weeks show notes show we?

This Weeks Discussion Topic

This week Brig and Dae tackled the question, “Is World of Warcraft changing for the better?“  We pretty much ran the gambit on this one talking about:

Make sure to let us know what you think about the state of the game.  Do you like the way it’s changing? Is it a good thing? What do you think? Send in your questions to thlpodcast@brigwyncom.

Reader’s Questions

  • HordeSpankers sent a Text Message about how to use Recount for tracking Pet Damage.  (Curse Recount Page)
  • Rehbero on Twitter: “Don’t you think the BM 51 point talent is negligible compared to the SV/Marks ones?”
  • Chris the Abject from Adventures in Altitis sent an email about allowing Spririt Beasts to keep their attacks, just change the type of damage.
  • Rexy < Legion of Shadow Knights> on Shattered Halls sent an email about stable the need for more stable slots.

Responses to What is Legendary:

  • “Should be BoA instead of scaling.” – Hordespankers
  • “should be a very long and tedious task to attain” – Waddles
  • “…The Legendary grow in stats by feeding it Epics. The legendary could grow by absorbing the power of certain level epic items. The legendary would not gain all of epic’s stats, but rather, just feed the legendary, making it slightly stronger.” – Tyberiuss <AIE> on Earthen Ring

Responses to “What is a Master Hunter?” and “Who is your Master?”

  • “A person who is adaptable to the changes to the hunter class does to things like patches. Knows where to find the information to be a better hunter…. Have a very good understanding of each spec, its pro’s & con’s. Willingness to give & receive personal advice. A solid understanding of his role in each situation (soloing, party, or raiding) & how to control the outcome. And most of all a solid understanding on how to manage both his aggro & his mana.” – Kreacher
  • “Spudx <For Khaz Modan> on Misha because … when I went to his house for the first time and watched him do a zul’farak and he would explain all the roles to me… Ohhhh and of course you guys. You guys are the master hunters toooooooooooo“ – Waddles <HellBent> on Executus

Show Correction

Last we got a voicemail from Keegus about the minimum level required to get Grand Master for Engineering. We said you should be max level for max level professions. Seems we were wrong, so as good host should.  We apologize.  It’s a good thing we have awesome listeners.

  • “You don’t need to get to lvl 80 to max your professions but 65 for Engineering.” – Tyberiuss <AIE> on Earthen Ring
